M3 Technology Consultants (M3TC) introduces a streamlined process for reaching our clients using  personalized helpdesk email address.  In the past our clients had to contact our consultants directly using their personal email addresses.  This was difficult for our clients in that they had to know the individuals email address and have it handy whenever they needed to reach us.

To alleviate this problem as well as add reporting and tracking capabilities M3TC has implemented a personalized helpdesk email address for each of our clients to use.  They can continue to use their favorite email client and type in helpdesk@ or browse their email address book for Helpdesk.  Emails sent to this address are then forwarded to the primary and secondary consultant assigned to that client.  Correspondance can then happen using personal email addresses.  This change makes it much easier for the client to contact us as well as allows for tracking and follow through on open tasks.
