Contract Options
M3 Technology Consultants will provide the Solution that is right for you. Whether you want set costs per month or only need assistance as problems arise we will tailor our plans to meet your company’s needs. All our clients are asked to agree to a basic set of terms that clarifies the relationship between our companies. We will also provide you with our rates up front with notification of any rate changes in the first quarter of the calendar year. Available contract options are:
- Set monthly hours with visits scheduled at the same times and days
- Up front billing in blocks of hours
- Blocks of telephone support calls
All onsite visits are billed at a minimum of 2 hours with a maximum travel allowance of 1 hour for onsite visits under 4 hours. All site visits over 4 hours will not be billed travel time.
Maintenance Plans
M3 Technology Consultants provides maintenance plans for several critical IT services including server and network monitoring, backup / recovery monitoring and security patch management. These services are critical to any business reliant on their IT systems and with basic monitoring in place most unplanned system outages are preventable.
Along with these maintenance plans comes a monthly report on the status of these items, a summary of tasks completed and a look forward into future growth needs. These reports are invaluable to company executives for a quick understanding of the current status and future needs in IT.
