1.    Evaluation

We perform a thorough technology assessment of your infrastructure at no cost or obligation to you. This includes meeting with key personnel to understand your critical business processes and talk with your local technology staff or previous IT consultant to gather important systems information.

2.    Recommendation

We present our findings from the initial assessment. This includes a detailed sharing of the information we have uncovered, providing a comparative analysis of your system as compared to other businesses of similar size and function. This is where we suggest “best practices” that can streamline your company’s workflow and improve your bottom-line.

3.    Planning

M3 takes any approved recommendations and works with your staff during this critical stage to create a customized implementation strategy. This includes a proposal on procurement of hardware/software and installation/ configuration. we evaluate all the risks and factors that will go into the upcoming implementation stage and present our findings to you. M3 knows planning is critical and we work diligently to mitigate any risk that could affect staff productivity.

4.    Implementation

We will procure the necessary equipment and software (leveraging our partner relationships to provide you with below retail pricing), and then begin installation. During the entire process, M3 will work with your staff to limit downtime and solicit feedback. We will have anticipated potential challenges beforehand and are prepared to work after hours to allow for minimal staff disruption.

5.    Testing

We test all our implementations with a subset of your staff called our Pilot Team. These are expert personnel with advanced technical skills to help uncover problems. Our Pilot Team provides us feedback so we can adjust the implementation accordingly, before full deployment.

6.    Deployment

After testing, deployment to all users is the next critical step. Any remaining issues are addressed and user feedback is evaluated. End-user training is performed and any final tasks are completed. Documentation is then created by our personnel and is included in your own customized Technology Operations Manual.laptop

7.    Maintenance

M3 is consistently proactive with all system maintenance by employing quality control checklists, service logs, technology operations manuals and user training. Our checklists allow us to keep your systems both stable and secure, uncovering challenges before they become crises. Our documentation is maintained and updated regularly, with manuals kept onsite for you to refer to as needed. Our customized service plans include daily backup monitoring, system alerts and security patch management.

8.    Customer Service

The highest degree of customer service is an integral part of all steps in the M3 workflow process. It is far from a “final” step, as we view our strong relationship with you to be critical and ongoing.
