“I wanted to follow up since your last check-in on how you all (M3) are doing. I just got off a conference call with Javi and Jared. They have been working on a software issue for us for a while. The software is through Bentley (gINT), and we’ve been trying to avoid purchasing extra licenses. We’ve tried using SofTrack (in two different situations) which hasn’t been successful. Javi and Jared worked on this together and came up with a solution for us that I feel will resolve our issues at no extra cost. Sure, there may be a little more user interaction to verify the software is available for use, but all-in-all, I think this solution should work well for everyone. I / WDP really appreciate the thoughtfulness of your staff to work hard on finding us a reasonable solution instead of just saying we need to purchase more licenses. It shows that they care about their clients and their clients’ financial expenditures. As far as I’m concerned, they are an important part of the WDP team as well.
